Production & QC
White Fused Alumina is produced from high-purity alumina powder, which is melted at around 2250°C in an electric arc furnace. After cooling and solidification, the material is crushed and milled to the required particle sizes. Further processing may include acid washing and water washing to remove impurities and neutralize the pH. The material is then graded through hydraulic classification, inspected, dried, and, for fine powders, processed with ultrasonic dispersion to reduce particle agglomeration. Finally, each batch undergoes quality inspection before packaging and storage.
