Production & QC
White Fused Alumina is produced from bauxite, which is refined into high-purity alumina powder and melted at around 2250°C in a furnace. After cooling and solidification, the material is crushed and milled, followed by acid washing and water washing to remove impurities and neutralize pH. The powder is then graded by hydraulic classification, inspected, dried, and further processed by ultrasonic dispersion to eliminate agglomeration. Finally, it undergoes quality inspection before packaging and storage.
